Sometimes you have to live in the moment. Maybe a guest lecturer has 30 minutes to talk to your class and you need to stream out to the class. Or maybe you have a conference and want to to stream some or all sessions to attendees at home or out of the country. We can do that! You can present from one of our studios or we can stream out of your space. Let's talk about what would work best for you!
Deliver a polished webinar complete with multiple camera angles and setups. Have an offsite participant? We an integrate them into a single webinar stream. We can create a link that can be sent out and promoted well in advance of the event. You can even post a promotion graphic early so when participants check the link they know they are in the right spot.
Not sure how many attendees will be at your conference but want to make sure you can accommodate more than you are planning for? We can run video overflow from one from to anywhere in the world as easy as from one room to another. No long cables to run down a hallway. With our system we just need a web browser on the receiving end to deliver a high definition feed of what's happening in the other room.
You don't have to be in the same room to be in the same space. We can help you conduct a virtual meeting. If you've got some on-campus participants and off-campus participants you can meet virtually and share screens and ideas.
